We also have a similiar senario in which a home grown framework (similar to
a struts framework) is used for a very large application.  Currenlty this
application is only supported by one developer.  My team wants me to start
helping him out on the development but I not familiar with the home grown
framework and would rather develop using tapestry.  If anyone has insight on
this topic that would be great.

Thanks,
Chris
