You can definitely have multiple simultaneous streams, simultaneously.
Different SDP files is definitely necessary, but also make sure that you're
using different ports in the Network tab in Broadcaster.

You may only broadcast one stream from a computer, but the server can
receive and reflect multiple streams at once.

Each stream can also be broken apart and manipulated separately.  It's
possible to stream an event in full audio and video and have separate out
the audio stream so people with low-bandwidth connections can get an
audio-only transmission.  Again, this is a matter of having different SDP
files.
