Hi,

It seem you are using a windows box. I just know how to do such kind  
of conversions in using the excellent Handbrake 0.7.0 beta2 (best) or  
0.7.0 beta3 under the Mac OS X platform. If you can't find any  
equivalent under the win32 platform, just build and run Handbrake  
under the BeOS or Linux platform or invest in a small and unexpensive  
Mac Mini. It will do the trick ;-)
