It has come to my attention that issues with my Outlook configuration was
making the information I was sending impossible to open and read.
My apologies.
It looks fine to me, but obviously not to some others.

I now send the attachment again as a PDF.
PLEASE let me know if it is again giving problems.

Please push this day as widely as you can. It will be a great day but we
need registrations.
