many thanks for all the positive feedback! I'm happy that Dilwyn contributed
many of his CD distributions. Without that the DVD would be only "half
full".

Also great to see how fast this issue got to your doors around the globe.

Today I gave the DVD a go under Microsoft Windows 8. Yes, 8 not 7. I have
the Developer Preview version (an alpha version) running in Oracle's
VirtualBox on my PC. Here's a short video of how the DVD "does" under
