Maybe it is Ghostscript not being available to see the PDF's.

The DVD is a Philips JackRabbit RW, which is always reliable.

Although, now enjoying the nostalgia of reading the PDF's with Abode
Reader X on my portable PC ... :-)

I am not fond of Internet Explorer.
