Merits of Virtual PC
by Dave Ingram

Hello,

I'm new to the list so if this question has been previously answered -
my apologies.

I'm a Mac user but have to teach Windows OS. I need a platform to try
out Windows apps and generate screen shots and would prefer not to buy
a Windows machine solely for this purpose. I had thought that a viable
option might be to buy Virtual PC as a work around - I'd welcome any
feedback on other's experiences with this software before making a
final decision. It might ultimately be simpler (and cheaper) to buy a
low end Windows machine and do all my work on that.

Appreciate your suggestions.

Cheers,

Dave Ingram

Every rock contains a more or less complete record of every chemical
and physical change that befell it. Therefore, it is like a history
book with some, but not all, of the pages torn out or smudged. Usually
the story is preserved in the text, if only we are clever enough to
reconstruct it. - John S. Dickey Jr.
