Hello from the BCBEA,
My name is Brian Yu; I am a teacher at David Thompson Secondary School in Vancouver. I am also the Chairperson for the B.C. Business Education Association - Conference 2005. Please have a look at our conference website:

This year's conference will be held at Whistler B.C., the home of the 2010 Winter Olympic Games. Judging by the positive turnout of our last year's conference, I am sure this year's conference will be a big success. We are anticipating an attendance of approximately 200 delegates.
Over the years, I have noticed that there are a large number of teachers, including myself who teach in several departments. In our upcoming conference, we have several topics that may be of interest to starting teachers and veteran teachers alike, particularly Planning 10, and Graduation Portfolio.
Our keynote speaker this year is Mary-Anne Neal from the Ministry of Education. She will speak on the delivery of the Graduation Portfolio program that will be implemented starting this September.
