Dear FN,

With due respect to your initiative of spreading very useful
news/initiatives and also on your professional media reporter skills,
I still think this mail IS OT.

There was some discussion on the BCS mailing list(I think) related to
e-governance. I had given some pointers on various groups on
e-governance which mention proprietory softwares. After that, those
mails were suddenly stopped!!!

I think most of us today have a very wrong notion that all the
"e-things" related to Government are FLOSS only. Please correct your
views on this. check out many e-groups on e-governance and similar
topics. they are not necessarily against proprietory software but they
are neither pro-FOSS.

....just some views....
