Hello list,

as I read about someone beeing able to sync his Sony Ericsson K530i with
evolution using bluetooth, I thought I'd give it a go using my usb
cable.

Connecting the phone etc worked well, even using gammu/wammu is working
fine. I a normal message in the syslog, telling me the device is there:
Feb 27 04:27:07 lenore kernel: usb 2-2: new full speed USB device using
uhci_hcd and address 73
Feb 27 04:27:08 lenore kernel: usb 2-2: configuration #3 chosen from 1
choice
Feb 27 04:27:08 lenore kernel: cdc_acm 2-2:3.1: ttyACM0: USB ACM device
Feb 27 04:27:08 lenore kernel: cdc_acm 2-2:3.3: ttyACM1: USB ACM device
Feb 27 04:27:08 lenore kernel: usb0: register 'cdc_ether' at
usb-0000:00:1d.1-2, CDC Ethernet Device, 02:80:37:01:03:00

Unfortunatly multisync does not seem to work with ACM devices? Is this
correct? Trying to select cable and setting the device, I keep getting
"failed to connect local: connection error". Is there a way around this?

Thanks in advance for any help,
kind regards
Johannes Volkmann
