The Bering-uClibc team releases Bering-uClibc 2.3 beta1 today.
This release moves Bering-uClibc to Linux kernel version 2.4.29 and a
kernel built with gcc 3.3.
Additionally a few minor bugs has been fixed and a lot of the base
packages has been updated.
But more important, though less visible, for further development: All
packages have been built and packaged the first time ever solely with
the Bering-uClibc buildtool environment, which also available in our
cvs tree for other developers.
Please note, that kernel-related packages have now their own cvs
repository - the packages page will move you to the right direction.
Other packages shouldn't be affected (with the known issue for squid).
