Well, since I am one of these non-developers but nevertheless active Kubuntu members I am willing to invest more time in the future :)
These two occupations are ultimately beneficial for all distributions who ship KDE :)
Since several years I am one of the moderators of the kubuntu-users@ mailing list and try to give a hand in various other background tasks within the Kubuntu community like user support and channel moderation on #kubuntu in irc.freenode.net
