Is this the only change you dont think should be committed? (I noted it was in the 04/Aug/09 05:08 PM comment and it wil make the ternary operator work as documented & intended).
I know the toBoolean fix is taking a bit of liberty with the process but if this is not causing burden on your side, may be this time since we are fixing JexlArithmetic... :-)
