Removal of fakemail

fakemail is a standalone program distributed with Emacs.

It sends mail using the "/bin/mail" program, for systems without a
"sendmail" (or equivalent) program. Emacs offers other ways to send
mail, eg via smtp. Also, the Lisp library feedmail.el offers a
superset of fakemail's functionality (without needing the fakemail
executable).

If you expect to need fakemail in Emacs 24, please send a note to
emacs-devel@gnu.... explaining why none of the the other methods of
sending mail work for you.

Thanks.
