The problem is a) in the amount of them and b) in users being no UI
architects to see the big picture. Everybody has his own workflow and
his own unique understanding of how things should work which isn't
neccessarily perfect or even optimal (earlier last week there was a
thread in developers list regarding crop tool which, at least to me,
revealed such a case). Comments will not help to deal with this. You
will just end up explaining same things over and over again, losing
precious time.
