We're looking for another developer here.  The media advert was:

Java Developer:
You'll
* assist in analysing and interpreting project needs, as well as with the final
testing, installation and maintenance of systems
* design and develop Internet and Intranet based systems
* train users on how to use the various systems.
So you'll need 2 years proven experience covering SQL (preferably MS SQL
Server), HTML, Javascript, Java, JSP and Servlets coupled with strong problem
solving skills. JBOSS, EJB expertise will prove advantageous.
