Add to the New Year Wish List: A Mac Mini with a FireWire 800 port  
(dump the modem, keep the dual USB2 ports, EtherNet and Audio)

This would give entry level garage band video producers, CGI  
animators, effects authors an expandable / stackable platform for  
future multiprocessor rendering systems (ala Maya software  and others).

Any ideas on a time line for evolution to Core Duo "x86" processor  
version (ala MacBook)?
