Yup, go ahead, I am feeling that xiaohou (Kevin) is. You are the
coordinator (maintainer) and sponsor of Chinese (Simplified) team, and
are expected to do so.

Just let me take this opportunity to remind other sponsors including me
that sponsor is expected to sponsor his/her language translator only but
not other languages. Detailed information can be found at [1].

Once you find, let me know I can upgrade that person to Sponsor.
It seems that there is no ML for Chinese. If you like to have it, ask
