Description of problem:
The German localization of Polkit-gnome is full of errors and bad German.

This sentence is hard to understand, one doesn't know if the last part
describes a criteria or a privilege. Suggestion:
"beispielsweise abhängig davon, ob sie an der lokalen Konsole sind."

needs to be "Berechtigungen aller Benutzer anzeigen". Rettet den Genitiv!

Additional info:
This is a follow up to bug # 492720. Sorry for filing this bug here, but no one
was able to tell me where the bugtracker of polkit is. It's developed and
hosted ad freedesktop.org, but bugs.freedesktop.org only has the old PolicyKit
and no polkit component.
