The tarball will most likely work with TB >= 10, if you modify
install.rdf. I always only list the versions for which I create the
release, independently of the fact that the tarballs might work for
other versions.

However, once thing should be clear: given the rapid release cycle, I
only perform tests with the TB versions the "release" and "beta" branches.
