It seems that I got this fixed.
First I installed all pinentry packages with aptitude (I had
pinentry-gtk2 and pinentry-curses installed already) and then set
Enigmail to save debug log and restarted Icedove. Then I sent test
message to myself and pinentry (probably qt version) asked me my key
password and the message was signed.
Sorry for bothering with problem which was fixed before anyone even
had time to answer :).
