Fixed, it's silly but I don't know how I got into this state.

So I just now noticed that other than for disabled and revoked keys,
Enigmail isn't displaying any key validity information for anything in
my key chain, or any signed emails I've received. After looking through
the key chain manager in Enigmail, I realized that owner trust on my own
key had been switched to trusted instead of ultimate.

Setting trust back to ultimate has fixed my issue.

I'm really not sure how that got set and am rather baffled and slightly
bothered by that fact. Especially since it switched immediately after I
signed two other keys. Also would there ever be a use case when your key
chain would not contain any ultimately trusted keys? If not might I
recommend some sort of error pop up stating that the user might want to
trust their own key first before doing anything else with Enigmail?
