Oh, I didn't check that the latest TB version from ftp is also from
17th. This indicates that there's something broken on windows. This is
also most probably the reason, why enigmail nightly doesn't work. (Mac
OS X builds work).

I'm afraid you have to wait until there's new a TB trunk build for
windows again.
