_have a right to Exist_ It is always easy to make some group of people
less than human, then use that excuse to control every one. When we
accepts that they are less than human, we are responsible for giving
up our freedoms. Historically there are always such people who most
people agree are not eligible for human rights - it was Jews for
Hitler, Terrorists for Bush, Homosexuals, Atheists etc. If we don't
stand up for them, thinking we will never be in the cross hair,
history has proved us wrong. If we are not slaves or sheeps they will
come after us too. So if we believe in human rights and freedoms it is
our responsibility to stand up for human rights of the weak and
targeted groups.

You have to keep reminding your government that you don't get your
rights from them; you give them permission to rule, only so long as
they follow the rules: laws and constitution.
