We have an odd error that just popped up. These worklows were working OK until today... then we started to see this error and the workflow would immediately stop:

Stopped (error): Cannot edit a record in Alerts - Event inbox (EventInbox).
The record has never been selected.


We have not been able to figure this out yet... has anyone seen this before? The workflows that are failing are related to PSA.
