This is why we moved completely to IP based printing. Our situation
is just having Users move their laptop from one room to the next
would result in a loss of AT connectivity.

There are command line methods of flipping the AT connection/port but
you would need to do serious modifications to get regular Users able
to make the change (sudoers/authorization file). Think it would be
easier to migrate to IP.
