How is everyone diagnosing problems when a user has a network home?
In other words, when user says "Safari keeps crashing" previously our techs
may have run Disk Warrior etc. on the local machine. Since the users prefs
do not reside on the local machine, how is everyone diagnosing problems with
users files?
We are getting ready to move 250 users to network homes, and would like to
know what we're getting into as far as user support.
Also is there a way to log in as a user masquerading with an admin password?
We are serving the homes with authentication via an Active Directory.
