Along with a bunch of minor fixes, this release contains the
following "major" fixes.
First it fixes an Installer issue that prevented some people from
installing. These people would receive a 1920 error if the WMI
system service wasn't running. We've removed the dependency on WMI
so this problem should go away.
We also fixed the issue that caused certain DSL home routers to
crash. This version now attempts to detect these broken routers and
if it finds one, then it will automatically disable wide-area support.
There's no major user visible changes, but the biggest new features
are that the installer no longer requires a restart, and the NSP now
supports IPv6 hostname lookup.
