I'm one of the moderators on that list, and the list is hosted by LSoft
as a courtesy to the community (and also serves very well as an advert
for their commercial listserv software of course!)

I'm in no way connected to LSoft, but I'll gladly approach Nathan (the
visbas-l list owner the last I heard)

As it's a commercial product I don't hang much hope on it, but I'll see
what he says

It's a pity that the discuss.microsoft.com server is no more - that
would have been an ideal host!
