Axis2 1.0 release fails to generate correct WSDL for the "Hello World" program described at http://www.wso2.net/tutorials/axis2/java/2006/05/29/hello-world

This leads to problems at stub generation, more specifically an inner class is not generated.

Later versions (nightly builds) of Axis do not seem to have this problem. Unfortunately, those builds create incorrect return messages, but that's another issue addressed in another JIRA.
